Excerpt from Joy -- The mini cake tree is a practical alternative to the traditional multi-layered wedding cake. This alternative allows the wedding couple to have an all edible wedding cake. No more non-edible Styrofoam or fake cakes. Most of all, the mini cake concept gives couples a lot of flexibility over the different aspects of their wedding cake.
To begin with, couples are not tied down to one cake flavor during the wedding celebration. They can mix and match from among nine different kinds of delightfully tasting mini cakes. Depending on the number of mini cakes chosen, the cakes are then arranged in a multi-layered cake stand measuring either two feet or four feet. A four feet cake stand can accommodate up to 200 mini cakes.
